What do you mean by “activation”?
Activation is about waking up your body’s own natural healing and repair systems—rather than just adding supplements. I use science-backed tools that support your cells in doing what they were designed to do, so you can feel strong, energised, and vibrant again.
Is this a program, coaching, or products?
I’m not a coach, and I don’t run a set program. What I do is share the tools and rituals that helped me—including powerful, naturally activating products that support your body at the cellular level. Think: collagen, antioxidants, and NAD support.
What’s the difference between activated collagen and regular collagen?
